Remembering mom … “Shirley the Gardener”
It’s only fitting that the first story we would like to share is about my mom’s perfect Farewell… If I had to do it all over again.
My mom wanted to be cremated so the options for memorial were almost unlimited. Her love for gardening and the ocean would have been an ideal backdrop.
After her direct cremation in February, we would wait for warmer weather to be able to highlight her love of flowers and the warm ocean air.
New Jersey, the garden state, has an abundance of beautiful farms. We would choose a pristine lavender farm and invite family to share memories, photos, and remember my mom.
After our lunch, we would drive to Point Pleasant, board a beautiful ship captained by Captain Dave, and take a sunset cruise to scatter her ashes. ❤️

Again, we are a free service and our counselors will listen and understand your needs and help to guide you to your funeral, cremation, burial/ green burial, celebration of life, remote service, ash scattering options. We have focused our initial efforts in Monmouth & Ocean counties of NJ with plans to expand and grow in the coming months.
